Hey, so I'm moving into a larger room which means I can get a larger tank for my turtles (finally, needed one for a while now) and I was wondering what filters you guys recommend and a few tips on building an ATBA.

For filters it depends on what size tank your talking about?

60 gallons, and alright, I'll take a good long look at those and hopefully get some ideas.

In my personal opinion the more water your filter filters the better. Pick a filter with a high gph rating. You can go cheap like a sun sun or top of the line like the FX6.

Alright and completely off topic question, how would I introduce my turtles into eating more vegetables like I know that green leaf lettuce, dandelion leaves, and red leaf lettuce should be given, and some aquatic plants should be in the normal rotation of their food as well, but I don't know how to introduce them so that they'll eat them.

Our turtle nips at everything. For us, it just took a day or two at six months old of adding small bits of red leaf lettuce.

Others have had more of a challenge. One thing you can try if they are uninterested is turtle Jell-O shots:
