See my previous post in this thread. Yes it's $29. By the time you make multiple trips to various stores for stuff that is going to eventually fail, the $29 isn't bad. It's magnet attached. No suction cups to fail...buy it once and forget about it.

Just wanted to update, the magnets are working. The plastic part fits right onto the eheim jaeger heater and I love that I don't find it floating in the tank anymore.

Amazon, they were $8 or $9. It would be nice if the package included more than one magnet set. I may order more, since with our hard water, suction cups eventually come off.
