The real Exo Terra turtle bank (large) costs $64 here, and a large zoo med turtle dock costs $67... soooo I got a knockoff Exo Terra turtle bank in Singapore!

My turtle has been using it, but she was having difficulties pulling herself up for some reason so I had to add a rock for her to use as a stepping stone. The water level is only as deep as her shell is long because the tub is pretty shallow at only 12". But she has a ton of surface area to swim because the tub is 65 gallons in volume.

Looks pretty good. I think a lot of these have little grip for the turtles to climb on.

What I did to resolve the issue of climbing onto the platform. Buy a piece of plexi glass a little larger than the platform. Put some oven mitts on and hold plexi over the oven element once warm enough bend the plexi to form a ramp. glue the ramp to the base of the platform then glue some rocks to the new ramp. Use 100% silicone. I made a beautiful addition to the store bought ramp similar to the above one you have.
