These two are the finished form before I started waxing it with the mold release wax.

Now these last two are the beginning of the glass work, this will take awhile. I figured out mixing a quart of resin is too much to do at one time. I wasted about the last 1/2" in the mixing tub because it was already gelling. I'm using 1 1/2 oz mat hand torn into workable size pieces about 4-5" and overlapping them as I go. It is slow, but I'm getting the hang of it now, and I'm sure I'll get much faster as I progress through this.

Looks good. How much previous experience did you have with fiberglass? Also, I revisited the image settings and you should be able to upload 10 images per post. If there are larger/higher quality images I could always host them directly, though you would have to email those to me first.

Thanks Steve. I've had very little previous experience, mostly small spot repairs in automotive type applications. I have all the pics in 5-8M format but use a program to downsize them to a much friendlier 80k.

This project has been a great learning experience so far, and I'm sure there are still more things to learn the rest of the way through.
