How many watts should the UVA bulb have And would this be ok-Zoo Med ReptiSun 5.0 UVB Mini Compact Fluorescent (13 watts)

The UVA/heat wattage depends on how close your bulb is to the basking spot, as well as the kind of material the basking spot is made of. For example, my standard 55 watt incandescent hits a good range of 87-93F on a Zoo Med basking dock. It would probably be different, if I used tile.
