I belive its a 75 gallon* maybe around 60 gallons in it. I have a penn plax 1500 filter coming. A uva basking bulb and Uvb bulb that keep his basking area around 90-92F. A water heater keeps the whole tank 76-7F. Turtley is not basking very much at all in front of us anyway I belive it is because of the new huge tank be might be shy....

Looks pretty nice! I'd find a way to hang those lights, that way you can use a larger mesh screen. I'd also skip those little white Dr. Turtle things. It might be helpful keeping the lights on a timer and have all your electrical stuff plugged into a GFCI outlet.

I've seen people use wall mounted plant hooks that look pretty nice. Some hook it from the ceiling or book shelves. There's also ones that attach to the side of the tank. Couple of more tips... try to fit a rubbermaid container around the filter... it won't stop a major leak but will catch a small one around the filter. Also use a drip loop for your electrical cords.
