People! Its good he is in good hands now. Are you sure its 4 years old. My over fed little pig is 1 year old and over 3"
1 Male Mississippi Map/Mississippi
1 Female RES/Slidy.
1 DBT White Concentric Female/ Lucky
1 DBT Male/ Spots
(Housed in the same tank)

300 gallon indoor stock tank, FX6 & FX5 filters. Mega-Ray 100w UVB bulb.

The girl I got him from said she got him in 2010. She had 3 others but he's the only one that survived. She got him in an Asian market in NYC. From the sounds of it I think he was a meat turtle.

Well its nice that your turtle is in good hands now. How is its appetite ? I live in Kansas and people here eat snapping turtles but I would never consider it. On the other hand I love Cow and Pig. Go figure!

He eats like a pig! He eats as much as he can and whenever he can! I don't much care for exotic meats haha steak is good for me. This is Neil, he had lettuce all over him this afternoon. Image
