Habitat - Indoor :: 200 gal tank shipping?

Ok ? is I have a friend that has a 200 gal tank that they are going to give away with a base but I live in AZ and they live in Wisconson...What would be the best way to ship? IE wrapping ect to make sure tank does not get broke any ideas would be great thank you :)) they are going to give it to me all I have to do is pay for packing & shipping :) Also they have used it for a salt water tank...what is recommended for cleaning once I get it here? all an any imput is a blessing thank you ahead of time :)

drive there...it might break, so i strongly recommend you drive there...

Well other option is when I am on tour this summer picking it up and bring home due to I will be driving through there but don't want to wait that long....won't be leaving on tour till mid June and home around mid Aug... soooo.... I want to ship and have it set up before I leave on tour but thanks for the thought ellman :)

I'd find out what the shipping would cost first. It might be cheaper just to go out and buy a new tank than ship an old one that far.

already in the prosses of that....they are going to weigh the tank and stand to see what it is...but my partner has a discount for shipping so will proble be cheaper then buying a new one... just trying to figure out how to package it for best transportation.
