What is te best way to clean the white build up where the water line is?

Use some diluted white vinegar (and a little elbow grease if necessary) and rinse well afterward.

I have the same problem. It's mineral deposits from my water. If it's as subborn as mine, you may need something with a straight/sharp edge to help with the inital scraping. If you're just noticing it and it's not that heavy, you may be able to just do it with the white vinegar, but if it has built up over time, the scraper and white vinegar should do the trick. :)

Once you get it off, do a swipe of the inside of the glass once a week and you will not get the build up.

It's been in the aquarium for awhile. I will work on getting it off tonight. Thanks for all of your help!!!
