Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

I am planning a new setup for my new hatchling. He is currently in a 10 gallon tank, but i want to get him something bigger. Here is what I had in mind:

29 Gallon Tank
Aqua Clear 500/110 Filter (60-110 gallon tanks)
EHEIM Jager Aquarium Heater - 125 Watt (for 30-45 gallon aquariums, 12.25''L)

I already have the PowerSun UV bulb, the Zoomed lamp stand, so that takes care of UVA and UVB.

What do you think of this setup? Do the components fit well with each other? I think it fits within the guide lines at the top of the page.

Thanks for your help.

I would suggest going with a bigger tank if you can afford it right now. Understand that your turtle is going to grow and if you keep doing one upgrade at a time you are going to spend more money in the long run. Not to mention the leftover tanks that will be collecting in your house, lol. If it is all you can afford that the moment, then it sounds good to me. Do you have a basking area set up for your turt? Also, keep in mind that if you do decide to go with a bigger tank, then you will also want to upgrade your filter. (Not to mention that is something else that you will have to upgrade later as well.)
