Habitat - Indoor :: Yertle and Mac's new temporary home

Here are our 2 "kids" Yertle and Mac, they are about a year and a half old, Yertle is about 3" and Mac is approx 4.4.5"......I know its a pool, and thats bad, however it is just a temporary home until I get home from deployment, then they will be moved to their permanent condo....it is approx 60-70 gallons, running a Fluval 406, MJ 1200 powerhead with a undergravel system, the waterfall is also a filter (more just a water feature now), several air stones, and their basking area has both the UV and Basking lights together, once we get the new tank there will be a basking area separate from the tank, like most of the ones yall have on here!

Great idea,actually. I think some members here also use a pool. Just make sure they won't be able to jump off the sides.

It turned out so good! I am very happy withit! So far so good, they don't seem too interested in jumping out, however they seem to like playing on the log a lot....they climb up to the top, then jump off, sorta like we would do for fun! Lol they have such unique peronalities! Never thought I would get attached to turtles, but these 2 are too cool!
