My basking lamp is 14 inches away from the basking area. Would a 100 watt Power Sun UV that extends heat up to six feet be to strong for a turt? becasue my lamp is 14 in away, and ill need a strong bulb.

How big is your tank? Combo mercury vapor bulbs give off quite a bit of heat, and if your tank is smaller (less than around 50 gallons), this type of bulb might be too warm for the size tank you have.

I have a 10 gal, i jus need to find a bulb that extends the heat 14 inches, cause' my clamp lamp is at the top of the tank, and far away from the basking rock, and the heat doesn't reach the rock.

You don't want the PowerSun with a 10-gallon tank. Zoo-Med sells lamp stands, which I think work well. You can adjust the distance of the bulb from the basking area quite easily. Or, you could find a way to raise the basking area to be closer to the light. Or, you could use a higher wattage light. Check the temp with a thermometer---between 88-90F is good.
