OK - This is probably going to sound really stupid, but we adopted our turtle about a week ago, and we've been using Aqua Plus Tap Water Conditioner for fresh or salt water use. It removes the Chlorine and Chloramine .. Neutralizes Heavy Metals..and Protects and Heals Coats.. I didn't notice It the first couple of times using it, but I just noticed that the liquid is brown.. and I'm worried that It may be discolored for a bad reason.. or is that normal for that??
I've never used that brand so I couldn't say. I use Amquel which is clear but you are supposed to shake it before use. Does yours say to shake before use?
