i was trying this recipe and what confuse me is the "2 packets knox gelatin" part, because i stay in the country that don't sell Knox but I found a local brand which i thought they should do the same trick:
(unfortunately, this package doesn't come with any form of recipe so I don't know how much to use them for a cup of liquid)
however, this means i won't know how much is "2 packets" means because googling some images for Knox Gelatin, I found a few different "type" of the packets:
I made an assumption that it should be the smallest "snatches" which has about 7gram(0.2ish oz) and gave it a go to add in 15grams of the gelatine that I bought with 1 cup of vege puree.
Followed the improved recipe and waited for several hours, everything in my ice tray still look exactly like liquid. I wrapped it up with a cling wrap and throw it into the fridge for a night and now the next day, they do have
a little bit of jelly-like feeling but overall still watery enough to drip off when i flip the ice tray around
I'm here to ask for an exact Gram (or Ounce) for "per packet" of Knox Gelatin from anyone in the US(or wherever that can buy it) so I can follow the correct recipe. Your help is really appreciated!
