New to this. I bought this little pump today because I read in the forums that and air pump would be a good idea. I thought it was going to go inside the tank but I read the directions and it says it goes on a shelf above the tank? Not so sure. Is anyone using this? Pictures?

I got one of these last week and it is quite noiseless .

It's an air pump. It sits outside of the tank, above water level. You connect and airline to it and put the airline into the tank. At the end of the airline you want to put an air stone of your choice.
