I recently bought a new aquarium that came with Ocean Sun bulbs (full spectrum lighting). Are these ok to use with RES? Thanks,

From what I could find online, I don't think that would be the best bulb for a turtle tank. Not only does it not provide the specific light that turtles need, but it promotes algae growth to feed marine invertebrates.

You'd be wiser to just get a heat bulb (UVA) and a UVB bulb. If your tank is larger than 50 gallons you can get an MVB bulb which emits both types of light.

If it doesn't have any info on UVB rays (full spectrum doesn't mean the bulb emits UVB rays), then it would be better to get a reputable UVB light.
