Hi all. Sheldon is finally getting her new digs-yah! She should have her new 120 gallon home some time late next week. I know previously it was advised I get the fluval fx5. I guess I just wondered if this is still a good choice for tank size. Sheldon is just shy of 7 inches (someone was bigger than I realized) so I don't think she should have trouble with the water stream but I just wanted to check

Also on a side note, I had looked at a company who makes turtle tanks with the ramps and platforms included but they appear to be made of glass. How does anyone feel about that? Thanks again

fx5 is the filter I would buy for that tank. It's a great filter.

I actually like the fluval hoses. No kinks. Glad you got a fx5, it's a fantastic piece of equipment for the price.
