Does anyone know if I can buy any brand of carbon or if only the duetto brand fits in the filter? Also does anyone know of any petstores that sell replacement sponges and carbon? I need to replace mine and I really dont want to pay the 10$ shipping price.

I'm not sure what size the Duetto filters are like, but you can buy carbon in bulk and get separate bags for them. Any store you go to will likely cost more, and I haven't seen any Duetto accessories in the stores near me.

did you order them yet?
I can sell them to you and charge you less shipping.
I just brought a 30gallon tank today and need to get the xp3 instead....I've stock up on those Duetto accessories (all types) and don't want to waste them. Let me know if you want to buy them from me.
