I was looking on Austin's Turtle Page and saw that they rated the mega-ray bulb as #1. Does anyone have any experience with it?

It's essentially the same as the T-Rex, so either will do a great job. You will have to buy directly from the Mega-Ray site though.

The same technology is used in the bulbs' production. The T-Rex can be bought as a spot or flood light (the latter is recommended). The Mega-Ray is described as a "narrow flood," making it somewhere in between a spot and a flood light. Both are good bulbs.
