Found this very interesting comparison of two heavy weight canister filters while googling my way around the internet today... Definitely worth a read! :)

Wow!!! That was super interesting. I guess Eheim is the way to go. I wonder would the results would be if the Rena XP series was included.

to me the XP series is no contest in this. I mean great filters don't get me wrong, but the XP4 is nowhere near the GPH or size of these canisters.

yeah that's true, but if they were to compare them at the same level. Like compare the xp4 to the same sized filters of other companies.
