you should find out what the GPH is on it before buying it. ( but i dont see one, it just looks like casing with media and hose )

Yep! Make sure the gph is up to par before you purchase anything. Also, make sure you get all that you should have to make it work. It may not be worth it if you have to purchase a lot more to get it going. MH

wet drys are really good. but thats pricey for a used one

Well to get it going you'd have to buy a pump of whatever GPH you want, which can be kind of expensive. Also, you'd have to buy a HOB overflow. I wouldn't buy it if you don't know much about it.
