Equipment Review and Discussion :: Can I just get a quick xp3 media rec?

Right now my water is cloudy and idk why. Filter might need a cleaning, but I think maybe i should change my media. in my bottom basket i have 4 black foam pads. 2 20ppi and 2 30ppi. the middle basket has ceramic rings, and the top basket is empty. i dont have a carbon pouch or a white foam pad. what should i do with my top basket, because i think since it is empty its not doing the best job it can.

Half carbon, half Purigen. They will pull out a lot of the impurities in the water, including chloramines (so you don't need water conditioners).
