is a 75 Watt bulb that is specified for reptile basking use hotter than a 75 watt household bulb?

i have a 75 watt bulb made by exo terra i think or some brand of the liking. if i buy a household bulb sells for like $1 at home depot, a 75 watt household bulb, will that bulb be less hot that a specific reptile made bulb?

I have no idea, but if the household bulb heats the basking area to 88-90F and your turtle also has a UVB light, I wouldn't worry about which is hotter.
