I had also told him that most turtle owners understand that their filters were not designed for turtle tanks and may encounter a few problems but we work around them because there are no companies that make a perfect filter for our use.
He went to this forum and read about our problems with the REP and he asked me to tell everyone that the company is "VERY SORRY" for the RUDENESS and they hope you dont hold it against them. They will try to understand when we ask them a question about their product that we choose them because their product is of good quality and comes highly recommended by turtle owners acoss the U.S.
I personally hope this never happens to anyone again because they are a small company that makes a very good product "From what I've read about" and I would hate to see them loose businness because someone in the company does'nt think we should buy their products.
