Mercury Vapor Bulb. That is the only UVB heat light I'm aware of. Kinda spendy 35-45 dollars US. Most you will not need to replace for at least a year. whereas the standard Florescent UVB needs to be replaced about every 6-8 months.

Also make sure you get a good thermometer, digital, cheap from Wal-Mart or target. MVB's produce a lot of heat and may need to be positioned further away from the basking spot.

Oh yeah. Get the water heater. if your tank is 50 gallons. Heat lights will not keep it warm enough unless your house never gets cooler than 75 degrees F
