General Care Discussion :: RES Terry Singh - R.I.P - Missing You Already :(

Taking care of your turtle's overall health.

Post Posted: Thu Jul 02, 2009 7:36 am   RES Terry Singh - R.I.P - Missing You Already :(

Hi Guys

Feeling really gutted today because i lost my best buddie ever.

Some how he got his hand stuck in the filter's in-take and drowned over night.

Just to let every one know make sure your in-take filter has got a
protector on it so RES's can't stick there hands in there or get one of
there hands sucked up.

The filter cap was taken off mine because it was not sucking any waste
that was left behind. - Human Error. - I should have left it.

Going to take him to the RSPCA soon in U.K to get him creamted.

He was well and truley loved for many years.

Regards, Jagz

I'm so sorry for your loss. We have one of these threads every so often, though usually because the turtle knocked the filter intake off.

A reminder to those that haven't done so, SUPERGLUE YOUR FILTER INTAKES ON TO THE TUBES.
