Hey all, right now I've about 6 water hyacinths, I live in Singapore, a hot tropical climate with about average 32 degrees celsius temperature. I want a lot more hyacinths, but they cost about $10 where I live, and obviously I can't keep buying them. How fast can they reproduce and how do they do it? Mine don't have any flowers. I keep them in my RES pond, they don't get eaten. Can they really clear up the bad stuff in the water? Is my poop and algae infested water gonna' be good for them? I change the water 100% every week. I want a whole pond covered with these majestical plants!
