nevermind.....
my turtles dont eat veggies...so... i want to force them to eat veggies....is it good to put fruits or veggies in their place everyday and dont give them pellet?

you should put veggies, fruits are a treat only. You still feed them pellets every other day. You need to be careful what veggies you feed them though. Did you read the what to feed or not feed lists?

is that ok to feed the turtles as long as the plant grow in the water??

hmmm, you cant find romaine lettuce or red leaf lettuce? try growing your own, order some seeds online or something, its necessary

Well you could go to a pet store to see what sort of aquatic plants they have for fish. Your turtle can eat those. I'm not sure what other plants you'd have available to you in Malaysia. What sort of greens do you use for a salad for yourself? Some of those may be ok for your turtle. I'm just not familiar with the local foods :)

ellman: since Jessie is in Malaysia, not all foods are available that may be here. You just need to adapt to the local food sources :)

thanks...ok....we have lettuce but the taste is different from the lettuce in other countries...ahahaha...nevermind....i will try other veggies...i think my turtles try to eat bite of veggies already.....but im not very sure if they have tasted them.....because sometimes they bite a little but they dont swallow...and the veggies become very small pieces....haha

I was just wondering if you ever changed your tank set up? And how is the turtle doing?

I don't think it will improve. But it might stop it from getting worse. I wish the best for the little guy. I for some reason thought of it yesterday and thought I would ask.
