Today, after I read article in this website, I went to seek a UVB lamp. But i didnt found it :( and when i am desperated, I went to electronic store and ask about UV lamp.

They gave me 10 Watt Fluorescent BLB lamp (its color is dark purple) and they said it is the UV lamp that I asked, also they told me that it used for detect whether the money is fake or real one. I took that one but i havent installed it on my RES basking since I am not sure wheter it is save or not for my turtle.

Can someone told me whether the Fluorescent one is good or not ? or is it has side efect ? is it good for huiman as well ?

that;s a black light, not a uvb light. Take it back, as it does nothing for healthy bone growth (the purpose of a uvb light). UVB lights can be purchased at any pet store. THey come in brands such as hagen, exoterra etc... I seem to recal that black lights harm turtles' eyes, but this may be a myth, I'm not sure.... zBut either way, it's not what you're looking for,

Bradhart's right, you should not use this light at all. Most UVB lights are fluorescent and give off a very white light. It's probably not good for people to look at either, so i would return it and keep looking.

what kind of uv? there's uva and uvb.... either way, black lights aren't the ideal source of uvb, even it they do emit it. It's harmful to the eyes. You can get a reptile-specific uvb bulb at pet stores. Exoterra or hagen are good brands.
