Definitely a good light but yes very expensive. I wonder if you contacted the manufacturer if that would help.

What kind of bulbs? I'd check with small websites.. they might be able to work up a deal.

Water getting really clear now.

This lil girl's colors are so cool. She has almost a yellow color on a fire orange ear, and the stripes on her shell almost match. That's why I bought this one. Super cool looking.

Yellowish stripes on shell.

They really get along. I am always seeing the other small one hanging off of Cojack while she's floating around. I haven't come up with names yet for the other 2. What do you guys think?

That little one looks like my little Sheldon. They are so cute. Sophia and Cojack are cool names. How to compete with this? Hmmm...

Lollipop and Sugar Plum. Not exactly as cool

So I put Sophia in the main tank to see how she adjusts. She nudged the little ones who came right up to her. No issues what so ever. The second she saw Cojack....it was on like donkey kong.

Took her out again. I gotta basically get her another tank and keep her separate. Sucks.

On like Donkey Kong? Oh dear. Well I guess separating them was the best thing to do.

Yea, I don't get it. Cojack must have pissed in her Cheerios or something. Oh well. She's fine with everyone but Cojack.

It's actually hallow clear acrylic fill with black aquarium sand, mounted on custom ABS bases with a bored out, inch deep mounting hole. Works great and the sand I added to hide the bases make it look awesome. Steal away my friend.
