Turtle tank setups and other indoor configurations.

A little less than a week ago I was about to clean out the tank and was getting everything ready. I had already rinsed the new bags of carbon when I realized that I had left the gravel vac outside last time and needed to clean it and it was too dark out to get the hose out and what not to clean. So I've had the carbon bags sitting out waiting for my next day off when I'd have a chance to get outside in the day light. My question is are the bags still ok to use? Or should I go buy new ones?

I think it should be fine. How big are the bags?

100g. The filter came with 3 bags but the box I got of replacements only came with two. Do you think it will be good with 2 or should I maybe leave one of the old ones in?

Carbon is there to remove harmful chemicals and some organic compounds. It gets used up because eventually it's adsorbed all it can.

Sitting out, wet or dry, it's not getting used up.

Nitrifying bacteria does colonize the carbon, but you pull that with every carbon change. Do exactly what you would have done with it during the regular change.
