I found some interesting info while doing a search for 100% silicone Momentive RTV 108 for our tank re-seal.

I found the 100% silicone equivalent to the RTV108 - Dow corning 732
and for those of us in Canada,
Premier Repak repackages the Dow 732 with French and English label as 2202. Available through Motion Industries Canada branches
