Ever think lights were expensive and you dont just want White or Red or Blue? This is a GREAT idea and its cheap and great! I am planning on doing it to my 55 Gal.

1 Female RES/Slidy.
1 DBT White Concentric Female/ Lucky
1 DBT Male/ Spots
(Housed in the same tank)

300 gallon indoor stock tank, FX6 & FX5 filters. Mega-Ray 100w UVB bulb.

Using rain gutters is a pretty good idea.

re: youtube sort of changed the format of the links, so thats something I would need to update as well

yeah im going to be using this on my invert tank. i like how you can dim and brighten since crayfish are usually out at night i can dim my lights and give maybe a moonish kind of color to the lights and watch them move around at night hopefully.
