Just wondering if people who've used this dock can tell me if this turtle dock is stable enough to hold a 6" RES. THanks.

Which size dock do you have? Mine is a large and it holds my 2 approximately 4" turtles. It doesn't even budge. I know others use it too.. so just wait for more replies :)

I have a large and it holds both my 5in res. The medium and small would definetly be to small for yours.

Oh, I see, thx, I think I'll get a large for my turtle then.

One more question, I've heard that these turtle docks tend to break off easily , any similar experiences?

Thanks

I've ordered a few and received them broken or damaged too. I sent them back and got replacements for free. Some of them hold together really well, others crack and start to fall apart after not too long. I guess it just depends on who put it together.

i have a small for my 4 inch turtle, I don't know if it holds yet because he hasn't gone on it so far though.

I want to get some sort of replacement because i'm afraid this wont work/last long, but the only things i can find are like just a rock, but I have no way off keeping it above the water!! What can I do to fix this?

"NOVALEK TURTLE RAMP"

http://www.petluvers.com/NOVALEK-6.HTML

I've never used it or shopped at their site. From the description, it sounds kind of small but there are other platforms that are similar.
