i have 2 turtles
but only one has this condition
it has like.. peeling off sking floating around its neck and its right hind foot
is it normal........ maybe??????
i dun want it to be sick

i know the pix dont really show it..
but it's there....

It sounds like he's shedding. You only see it when he's in water but not when he's basking?

if it is shedding, it means that hes growing
its pretty normal

Yep, that's just the turtle shedding his old skin. All reptiles shed their skin so you shouldn't worry.

cuz it floats~~
