I found this online on ebay for $47 shipping and all. Since I don't have the money, however much I want it I think I should post it for everyone else. All I request is that you please don't bump the price up really high, then it wouldn't be a steal. ;)

is that a really good price? cause i want a really good filter. do you think filters work just as well when used?

I doubt that it will actually sell for the $35 starting price/bid. Even though the seller only has a feedback score of 2, it is a 7 day listing, so likely there will be several people that are 'watching' the item and will bid near the end of the listing.

I added it to my watch list just out of curiousity...since they will only ship to the U.S. anyways.

You'd probably want new tubing, seals and filter media. So the savings are ok, but I'd prefer a new one.

You could clean the tubing by running diluted bleach through the filter without media in it.
