Aw, come on Marisa. You mean you're not like my husband? Sometimes I think his computer is surgically attached to him. It goes everywhere even on vacation *just in case*. You would have thought with having it there at the beach I would have researched RES before buying one, wouldn't you?

No, guess I'm not. And the only time I'll use a cell phone is when I'm at work. (I can hear the gasping from here.)

marisa... I only use my cell phone when I'm driving long distances, or expecting a call. I have it with me, but rarely is it on or do I get a call. Heck I'm not sure if more than 2 people even have the number. Actually, its only one of those pre-paid phones at that.. shows ya how little I use it

There's no way I'd take a computer camping with me.. I want to get away from the "world" not have it follow me.. but each to their own so they say

Yea, to each their own. I have a side hobby in radio communications, I used a 900 mhz Yagi beam fed with a ultra-low loss coaxial cable and got a strong RF signal from my local wireless provider on the mountain top over about 13 miles line-of-sight, yea, pretty cool (I bet). Then, I went down the mountain and went to the river, where the cell phones don't work and laptops go in the bag and a big campfire gets let and fishing lines get wet and then,with my camera in hand, I start my other hobby, turtles. Kelly and I love taking pic's of wildlife, especially turtles! Anyway, does anyone have any input on the boxie that was injured?
