I caught Velouria napping. You wouldn't think that position would be that comfortable, but she looks so peaceful! I think she is happy in her home, because she seems to be at ease enough to fall asleep in the silliest positions!

i dont think my turtles feel safe. but they come up on the basking rock and stretch their necks really far towards me. they know if they come close enough, food might come. and it always does :lol:

That is the cutest sleeping position I've ever seen an animal in! And you're very right, that is the definition of 'peaceful'! :-)

Very cute! I've seen my gecko and collared sleeping in ways that look as if it would break their back!
