hey everyone, it's been a while! I've been so busy lately, hope no one missed me too much hahaha.

anyways this was my valentine's day present from my boyfriend: a one-month-old rhacodactylus ciliatus (crested gecko) :)
his mom was yellow and his dad had some dalmatian spots, so hopefully he'll have a little mix of both of those. I'll know around 6 months old how its coloring will be. it's unsexed but for now I'm calling it a he, and his name is Orpheus. he's already hand fed!!!!

hmm...wanna cuddle, stuffed unicorn?

still trying to get pictures of him fired up at night - he gets very pale yellow, otherwise he's just brown or tan

Awe! I have two fresh babies (hatched last week or so) and two a little older. I LOVE how cute they are when they are that tiny. Heads are way too big for their bodies huh?

Your's is adorable, looks like my sire - Striker.

Awesome. Reminds me of my juvie when he was that small. He's like a sub-adult now. They grow so fast.

brief update: I got her sexed (my buddy/the breeder had a jeweler's loop to try to spot preanal pores), no pores, so it's probably a girl but they could still show up obviously since she's so tiny. for now I'm calling her a she and her name is now Thera, but if it turns out to be a male it's back to Orpheus. confusion.

she's grown so much this week I can't get over it. her dalmatian spots are starting to develop more and the ones she had are getting bigger. I'm starting to find red dalmatian spots on her, too. excitingggg :)

thanks for the comments, guys!
