looks great! may i ask how did you make the basking area?

i got a glass sheet at home depot then i put those foam pieces and put sillicone so it wasnt sharp for mondo. i glued those pvc pipes on but they are unnecesary now because they weren't glued well. to stay there i put those foam things so its tight and the pipes are for extra support. im goin to make it better later. i have pics at the basking thread. i also just collected rocks and glued some on and just put some on

I dont want to sart a whole new thread but I moved my red heating light way about a foot higher from where it was in that pic because it kept blowing up because water splashing on it so i was wondering if it matters if it is about two feet above it. Its a 75 watt reptiglow.

oh ic. may i ask where did you get those foam pieces? honestly they look harder than foam :P. i saw pics in the basking thread, but some are hard to distinguish.

ya sorry i didnt have a good camera with me at the moment but anywaysi got them at my school but u can probably get them at home depot

The water quality seems a little murky...
With my tanks i noticed that hang-on filters don't really cut it.Have you considered using a canister filter?
As per the bulb...buy a water proof one at Petco.

for now that filter is fine the water looks fine to me it must be the picture shade. im cleaning his cage this weekend though. as for the light I just moved it higher. is there really waterproof heating bulbas are they expensive
