So you've had them longer than 5-6 months just from that.. they are about 8-9 months old at the least. Having a diet of strictly protein every day and in excess of what they need is what's causing the pyramiding problem. Looks like there may be other issues with the shells on top of that but I can't quite see them clearly.
With turtles that size you need a much larger tank no doubt about it. At the minium they need like a 60 gallon tank. Good luck and keep us updated.
