I finally did it! I finally made the big switch to sand. I liked how the sand looked so much it inspired me to redecorate. I redid Pickles tank all in a brightly colored "sea theme" complete with a huge bubble blowing clam. He seems to love it. He plays in the big clam bubbles and spends lots of time walking along the sand!

WOW! The tank loks beautiful!

I've thought about putting bright decorations in my tank but Mikey's afraid of them :roll:

too bad, tank like that will never work on Kroten, she'll eat all those decorations :(

I love your stand! Did you build or buy that. If you built it, what kind of stain/finish did you use?

oh, and the tank is very nice too.

Im- You haven't posted pictures in a long time. I had been wondering what your tank looks like.

So lovely. The rim and stand are a fantastic color. You picked the coolest looking ornaments and plants too ^___^

Ummmm I'd guess in the 75 to 90 gallon range.

It's almost certainly a 90 gallon tank. A nice one, too.
