this is my 5 babies me and my bf bought it early this month.. 5 of them are very attached to each other. everyday they make us laugh with their small little actions. love them so much!

wow, really hope to see ur tank, 5 turtles need hell big if a tank... prepare to get a lot of comment on ur tank size XD

thanks! yeap everything goes well.. my bf intro the 5 RES cuttle bone. but not all seems to like it. anyway can i ask if we should put the cuttle bone in the water or dry land for them to eat?

I usually just float the cuttlebone on the water. RES eats in water anyway. :)

The turtles will eat cuttlebone when they feel the need. It's quite alright if they
don't. We just provide it. If you feed Reptomin pellets, they contain enough calcium
for hatchlings.

I found a way, babydon, to provide calcium without needing a supplement. I feed mine Rep-Cal three times a week, and blueberries once a week. I keep the blueberries in the freezer and thaw them before feeding. They are big enough to eat whole blueberries, but yours would need a half sized portion. Mine really, really like them too. They get romaine/leaf lettuce, carrots, and tomato as well, each of those also fed once a week.
Spike - Egyptian mau mix, 8 years old
Phryne - Japanese bobtail, 9 months old
Hurricane - RES, 8 yo, 6 1/2 in. long
Typhoon - RES/Map hybrid, 8 yo, 7 in. long
Sadie - RES, 20 yo, 10 in. long
Sophie - Colombian red tail boa, 5 yo, 5 ft. long

i did fed them with carrots and dried shrimp few days ago. They liked it too! But thanks theartbook35 i will try on them this week! =)
