That last picture is really nice.

I can see a little pyramiding going on. Make sure you keep that under control.

yeah hes got bad pyramiding. im trying to get him out more often.im also changing his diet from two times a day to once at night.

worldpeace- considering im using a digital camera i guess you could say that!

im not sure of sheldons gender ill just have to wait and see.

i actually had to keep sheldon from wandering off thus the hand in the first picture. XD. those are not really legos theyre bionicles. not sure if youve heard of them (just so you know)

The markings on Sheldon's back look a lot like the markings on the back of a male cumberland slider. I wonder if that is because your turtle is in fact a male, or is just the result of genetics being related to the gender of the parents. Maybe Sheldon's dad was a cumberland, and the mom an red ear. The tail is very short though... If I know how big Sheldon is, and see close up pictures of the cloaca, I could probably guess the gender.

hmm... i never really put that to mind. hes around 3 1/2 in-4 in. ill try to get pics of his clacoa as ASAP. by the way, sheldons tail is thick and i read that thats supposed to be one of the signs that he is a male.
