So, I finally got Tonberry's tank set up. My sister dumped this turtle with me earlier this year. S/he was kept in a 10 gal with 2 inches of water and only an incandescent bulb. I bought a lily pad basking platform and filled the tank as much as I could, and got a UVB light. Eventually, I got a 55 gal and got the basics (filter, heater, and lily pad basking). Over the past few months I've been slowly adding to it. Today the turtle bank finally arrived and I think it's ready to show off pictures. Any comments or suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

Looks great! I really like that volcano bubbler!

At 3", Tonberry is still too small to tell gender for sure. Some people have said once their turtle hit 4", they grew nails and a long tail almost overnight!

I love the volcano. Since I put it in the water seems more clear. It also made the surface water more clean too.

I love the volcano as well! The tank looks great as well.

I know your turtle's only 3 inches, but it looks like you have a girl.

My only concern is to make sure and secure the top of the tank so your turt can't escape. Egg crate (light diffuser) works great, is cheap, and easily customized.
