I'm talking about the one with the brick red colored shell.. I see a lot of them in ponds here but no one seems to know the specific kind of turtles they are.

It looks like a Asian Box Turtle, probably A Malaysian Box Turtle if I had to guess.

On the bottom is some kind of Asian Soft Shell.

It's a Malayan or Asian box turtle.

As others already stated......it a malayan boxie, or "ambo" to the more familiar.Scientific name Cuora amboinensis.
