BTW I am still open to suggestions about gender. :P

Guess she's learning how to strike a pose now. :)

it's ok, i think cody is turning out to be a female to, guess i'll find out within the next year or so. he's still gonna be cody tho lol :lol:

Thanks guys. :) Yea I had to actually put my whole hand and camera inside the tank. The lens must have been like 2 inches from her face. She was probably waiting for it to get close enough to bite, lol. I was feeding my lil one a piece of lettuce yesterday and lost track of where my pinky was. OMG she bit it and it hurt so much, lol. She bites the dock, her thermometer, the filter, and the water heater.

Cute pictures! Spike looks like a very happy turtle. I agree that Spike is probably a 'she'. My RES Charlotte is about that size and her claws are MUCH longer (meaning she is probably a 'he'). At least Spike is kind of a unisex name..
