hi friends i am uploading his latest pics.... he with other res is moved in 70 gallon tank....thats max tank i could have in my house.

he is 6 inches now.... i want to know is he male or female ? his nails are big but not so big like other males we see. he will be 1 year in my home since i brought him on 5 december 2009.

his baby pictures are so so so cute!!! the basking picture with his legs all stretched out is great.
One of my turtles is the same colors he was, I hope mine grows up to have such nice coloring!!

do female try to hump ?? or do mating dance ?

coz when he was small he tried to do so with my female turtle...

but i was not sure of sex that time accpet that he tried to have sex

Yep they do both, mating dance is also a sign of aggression if what you mean by mating dance is the "fluttering" they do with their front arms. A male RES's tail is quite a bit fatter and longer then a females and their front claws are longer also.
