So I finally got a few new corns a few weeks ago.

This is my fav guy right here. He is my Male Reverse Okeetee Albino. I am planning on breeding his this summer with one of my Female Hurricane Motley Females that has already had two clutches and one double clutch. Take a look!

This is who he will be mating with later this year. Hoping to get her to lay a Double Clutch!

No Corn snakes are not Venomous. They are actually one of the best snakes you can get that dont bite and easy to care for. they dont get HUGE and they usually never go off mice unless you want to breed then they can eat up to small rats which im feeding one of my females and this guy right now.

Poisonous snakes Usually have a triangle shaped head because there fangs need extra room. Also, no snake is "Poisonous". They are Venomous which means there toxin has to get in a open wound or injected into you to do any harm. You can drink a whole bottle of rattlesnake venom and it wont do anything but if you put even a drop on a cut then your in for a long painful ride.

I had one that looked very similar to those a long time ago. Had to keep it separated and locked from my florida king... they didn't get along well :P

I had a Lavender King (Purple Albino) Male that I was going to breed to my Female Corn in these pictures but I ended up selling him because im not really a king snake fan. Kings tend to bite WAYYYY to much and they don't let go. they think EVERYTHING is food...but yeah him and that female would of made some CRAZY Jungle Corn Snakes (KingxCorn Snake) which sell pretty good. I am debating weather I want to brew-mate my corns or not tho before I mate them. I don't think ill have too since my male goes CRAZY when I put him with my females and it says online the best time to attempt a breed is RIGHT after the female sheds because they think that the skin of the female has the highest chance to send out the pheromones that make the male want to mate.

My king snake was fine with me - but only me...

Best of luck on breeding - if your good and reputable there is decent money to be made there.

Here is one Venomous Snake That I own. Its called a Night Snake. They are Rear Fanged tho which means there fangs are in the back of there mouth and even if they bite a human there is almost no chance of the fangs reaching the skin but they CAN venomate you if they get a great bite but its a week venom and prob wont do much but make you feel like you got stung by a bee. they dont get big eather. that one is prob almost full grown in that pic.

and here is one of the rattlers out of like 30 that iv had. They are SUPER mean snakes

Here is another rattler I had a while back that was smaller.

also to answer your question, No I have never been bit by a Venomous snake. I have been bit by Non Venomous snakes but never a venomous. My Uncle was bit by a Baby rattlesnake that he owned like 15 years ago and his hand is still messed up. The doctors would have to come to our house and cut open his hand where he got bit and leak it all out and put meds on it. He had to lie and say he got bit while hiking because it was illegal to own rattlers back in California. I am in Arizona right now so its not illegal to own rattlesnakes.

Wow, you have a lot of critters! So how many snakes do you have right now? That Savannah Monitor is really pretty!

Is that a leopard gecko in he picture with the rattle snake? Wouldn't the snake eat him?

Was the Lavender King purple??

I am interested in snakes, I just wish that there was a species that stayed super small. Seems like corn snakes are about the smallest right? But they still get to be like 4 feet don't they?

No its not a leopard Gecko. Its a Western Banded Gecko which I find ALLLL over the place out here so i use them as food. They try to bite the crap out of you tho! lol

And yeah the Lav king was super nice and Purple. His Stripes were Purple and his body was like a pale color. and corn snakes are not the smallest. they can get a good size but they dont get big enough to eat big rats like most snakes. If your looking for a small snake get a Rosy boa or a Sand Boa. Those stay pretty small and usually never go off fuzzy mice. They get boring for me tho. I like stuff that eats bigger stuff. I had 3 Rosy Boa's but sold them not long ago because I lost interest in them. just too small for me lol.

Right now I have 7 Snakes but its almost time for summer out here in a few days (march :D) so all the snakes will be coming out which means ill have like 40 more snakes pretty soon lol
