Just got this little guy today, he is about 4inches. Whats sad though is he hasnt been taken care of. He is over 5years old and should be much bigger then 4inches. He has lots of pits in his shell from fungas probably but everything looks clear on him now. Hopefully being outside and getting some good sun will make him grow and his shell will look better within a year or too.

Oh no! I hope you can turn it around for the little fella. It's illegal to own them where I live, cause their so rare now. It's good to see that their still looked after in other parts of the world. :) I wonder what you'll name him?

No name yet. Its hard for me to choose names. I got 4 more diamondbacks coming next tuesday too lol. Total money spent on 5 diamondbacks: $580 O.O

:shock: wow. I couldn't imagine having more then my one turtle, let alone 5 or however many you have totally. How big is you tank/enclosure might I ask? You must have a large pond to fit all those turtles in. :?

Poor guy. He probably had some retained scutes which allowed an infection around the seams.
